4. What we collect
- Forms: name, email, company, phone (if provided) and the content of your enquiry.
- Usage data: pages viewed, actions taken, device and browser type and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- Communication data: emails or messages we exchange with you.

Withdrawing consent: if you have consented to newsletters or optional cookies, you may withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect processing that has already taken place.
7. Retention
- Enquiry data: retained as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period thereafter for follow-up and record-keeping.
- Marketing consent data: kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Analytics data: retained according to our analytics and tag configurations.
8. International transfers
We are based in Norway, and most core systems are hosted in the EEA. Some of our service providers, such as analytics and CRM vendors (including Google and HubSpot), process personal data in other countries outside the EEA.
Where data is transferred outside the EEA, this is usually because our service providers operate infrastructure in other countries. If you would like more detail about specific providers and the safeguards they offer, you can contact us.
9. Your rights
You have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your personal data, and to object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time.
